Established in 2022, Acres Bend focuses on Industrial Relations, the relationship between employers and employees. With 12 years of experience in the HR profession, the founder has chaired over 500 disciplinary hearings and had a client base of 59 clients having successfully represented a number of them at the CCMA. Our client base has comprised of micro (0-24 employees), small (25-50 employees), medium (51-250 employees), and large (251-1000 employees) -scale organisations in various industries. The founder has also successfully assisted various organisations in restructuring through retrenchment processes (Sections 189 and 189A).
