With 12 years of experience in the HR profession, the founder has chaired over 500 disciplinary hearings and had a client base of 59 clients having successfully represented a number of them at the CCMA. The founder has also successfully assisted various organisations in restructuring through retrenchment processes (Sections 189 and 189A).
